We are back!

Sorry for the delay but now is the season for Turks and Caicos Islands.
Tourists are arriving, weddings are arranged and the resorts and beachfront condos are fully staffed and ready for guests arriving from all over the world. How does this relate to real estate in Turks and Caicos? Well, when someone visits here, in most cases they want to return again and again and almost always want to check out the possibility of having a semi-permanent home here.

There are many direct flights from USA and Canada and now with the extended runway in Providenciales, there will be direct flight available from Europe as well.

The easy access, the fact of the islands using the american dollar, english language and they anyone can buy real estate here, even can buy beachfront without restriction and the fact that title is guaranteed by the crown…(it is a British Dependent Territory) these islands have become a very popular choice for property investment.

Providenciales is the main island and has the international airport and it is the most developed with best infrastructure. Many investors and home owners here just get on the plane with a backpack and arrive at their own condo or home that as all the necessities already here. How easy is that! Leave the cold weather, take a direct flight and be swimming in your pool or the ocean within minutes of arriving.
